Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by sending an order confirmation, and we can decline an order at our discretion (rare, and usually only for stock or address issues).

Pricing: prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where applicable. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll let you know before shipping.

Delivery and risk: risk passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us and we'll replace it or refund you.

Your right to return: under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our refund policy.

Disputes: Egyptian law governs these terms. We'd rather solve things over WhatsApp before anyone reaches for a lawyer.
