Refund policy

Damaged or wrong item: if a piece arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp at +20 100 275 9933 or email care@outfit-house.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Your legal right to return: under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason and at no cost to you, except in the cases the law excludes, such as an item damaged by misuse. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
